REQUEST FOR REPAIRS

If the emergency is medical or fire call 911.

If a water pipe burst please locate the water shutoff valve which can typically be found in the garage or a hall closet, and shut the water off.

For other urgent repairs needed, please call our office (425)507-5976 and if after hours, leave a message.

 Problems considered urgent:
- Flooding
- Loss of heating—furnace or heating unit failure
- Refrigerator (total failure)
- Hot water heater failure

None of the above items require after hours service. They will be addressed during daytime hours, seven days a week, if necessary.
